
History
The real estate company ANH Hausbesitz has its origins in the generational history of the Bremke family in the Sauerland.
In 1864, Josef Friedrich Bremke founded his first grocery store, which was followed by numerous others – with even larger sales space – in the following years.
1988 – The family business decided to organise and develop its real estate portfolio in a separate company. The newly founded company was named after its headquarters in Arnsberg Neheim Hüsten: ANH.
2003 – The company withdrew from the retail trade. Estates and houses remained family property under the umbrella of ANH Hausbesitz. With intuition and vision, ANH was developed into a high-performance real estate company in the following years. At the same time, the connection to the existing locations in North Rhine-Westphalia was always preserved.
Since 2008, investments in Berlin and the new federal states have become an important focus of the company. With architecturally challenging projects in exciting locations, the company expanded its commercial property portfolio, creating a new quality in the capital: for places, for people.

Andreas Bremke
Andreas Bremke has been managing partner of the Bremke family’s companies and real estate since 1993. He studied business administration in Cologne and Essen with a focus on retail, marketing and business management. In addition, he completed traineeships in various trading companies and at a bank – insights which provided him with valuable experience in managing his own company.
As an entrepreneur of a family business in its fifth generation, Andreas Bremke places particular emphasis on long-term, qualitative growth.
The development of extraordinary places into successful projects and responsible trade with a lot of passion and personal commitment are an expression of his self-image.
With the realignment of ANH Hausbesitz in 2003 and the development of high-quality real estate, Andreas Bremke has positioned the traditional family business for the challenges of the future.

NEO 211 in Arnsberg – In 2024, our company headquarters moved into a magnificent Wilhelminian villa by the Neheim-Hüsten railway station. The listed neo-classical villa was completely gutted and rebuilt from the ground up. Today, this forward-looking office offers a state-of-the-art, flexible, and efficient working environment.
THE TERRACE in Berlin – Located on the banks of the River Spree in Charlottenburg, our modern and digital headquarters in the capital city combines transparency and sophistication. Expansive glass façades, clean architectural lines, and premium materials create a prestigious workplace. Equipped as a Smart Building, The Terrace enables innovative and digitally managed ways of working.
