La Marzocco at NEUE WEST: A New Address for Coffee Culture and Design

The ANH is pleased to welcome La Marzocco as a new tenant at the NEUE WEST ensemble at Potsdamer Straße 91 in Berlin-Tiergarten.

The globally renowned manufacturer of high-quality espresso machines and group-head machines has leased a total of approx. 551 m² of commercial space in the front and studio buildings. The ground-floor areas will serve as a showroom and sales space, while modern office space is being created on the 1st upper floor.

With La Marzocco’s move-in, NEUE WEST gains another internationally recognized player in the world of premium coffee culture. The new spaces provide the company with the ideal setting to make its products experienced and to present the brand in the heart of Berlin.

The ensemble is located on an approx. 1,500 m² plot in Berlin-Tiergarten. The front house, studio house, villa, and factory are arranged around an elongated inner courtyard, giving the site its distinctive architectural character.

Built between 1860 and 1883 as the headquarters of a lithographic company, NEUE WEST has been developed since 2016 into a cultural venue with approx. 4,000 m² of commercial and retail space for creative and artistic uses, based on plans by AHM Architekten BDA.
