NEUE WEST OPEN HOUSE

In early June, we were delighted to welcome Berlin brokers to NEUE WEST.

Our open house offered the opportunity to get to know the listed building ensemble and the currently available office, retail, and hospitality spaces in person. We were especially pleased by the many positive responses and the open exchange on site.

NEUE WEST thrives on its unique combination of historic architecture, modern infrastructure, and an atmosphere that is best experienced on site. It was all the more rewarding to discover these qualities together with our guests. Alongside engaging conversations, the event gave guests the chance to explore the ensemble of front house, studio house, villa, and factory.

Highlights included the dance performance by Elisabeth Bohaumilitzky and Emma Werler and the exhibition tour by American Art Projects.

The inner courtyard of NEUE WEST provided a special setting. There, guests gathered over creations freshly baked in the pizza oven by Common and let the afternoon wind down in a relaxed atmosphere. Flower arrangements by blumenkunst from the basement of the studio house completed the atmospheric setting.

Many thanks to all guests, partners, and contributors who helped shape this afternoon. We look forward to seeing you again and to continuing many interesting conversations.
