The 9000 m² development area at Breite Straße 35 to Schulstrasse 8 is located directly in the center of Pankow, near the church and the weekly market. On this last free plot of land in the Pankow center, a development plan corresponding to the location is planned. Until the start of construction, a newly built wooden pavilion serves as a meeting place for the Pankow residents. Under the motto 'Allet Pank,' the neighbors from the quarter meet here. The Kiez Kaffee Kraft took over the gastronomic catering and has continued the concept known from Prenzlauer Berg with delicious coffee and fresh banana bread. The pavilion is flexibly usable, and exhibitions, lectures, readings, or yoga courses are offered here. Thanks to the over 200 m² surrounding terrace, the outdoor area is also versatile.
