The city of Ahlen is located in the Westphalian Münsterland in the north of North Rhine-Westphalia. KLEIWELLENFELD is the largest supermarket in the city and also one of the most modern Kaufland branches in Germany. The site was newly opened in June 2020 after approximately one year of construction. Previously, a self-service department store stood in the same location, which was operated by famila for a total of 40 years and by Kaufland from 2003 onwards. The old market was completely demolished and replaced by a modern new building with a separate beverage market. Our property in Ahlen is situated in a prime location, impressive for both its excellent accessibility and the surrounding ambiance. The address, Kleiwellenfeld 16, speaks for itself, nestled within a bustling commercial district boasting solid infrastructure. Public transportation connections are exceptionally good. Two bus stops, 'Bunsenstraße' and 'Kleiwellenfeld', are just a few minutes away, ensuring comfortable travel for your employees and customers.
