The office building, constructed in 1997, is situated on the corner plot at the square in front of the New Gate and the Invalidenpark. It was comprehensively renovated until the spring of 2020 and offers exceptional workspaces of 200 sqm each across 7 floors. Each floor contains a rental unit, with only the staggered floor internally connected to the tower floor via a spiral staircase. From the roof terrace, users can enjoy views of the opposing federal ministries and the magnificent structure of the Natural History Museum. The facade of PARK OPEN was extensively renovated and gains a modern structure through the champagne-colored metal elements. The windows are operable, and the rooms are air-conditioned via a cooled ceiling system. The building's special location at the corner of the square is emphasized vertically by a building-high light line integrated into the plaster. The building has been owned by ANH Hausbesitz since 2007. The design for the reorientation of the house was developed by AHM Architekten BDA.
