RATIODATA CAMPUS I

In 2009, ANH constructed a corporate headquarters for the IT company Ratiodata on a specially acquired plot of land in the Münster-Loddenheide commercial area. The land and building are owned by ANH and have been leased long-term to Ratiodata. The representative corporate headquarters have been tailored specifically to the requirements of the IT company. The facade design also reflects the user's ideas. Additionally, 130 parking spaces were created on the property.
