RATIODATA CAMPUS III

As early as 2009, ANH began constructing a corporate headquarters for the IT company Ratiodata and has since supported the tenant's growth with the construction of new buildings. The new, third office building and a wooden pavilion offer the company an additional 1,250 m² of rental space. The building permit was granted in February 2021, and construction measures began shortly thereafter. The office building was handed over to the tenant in the summer of 2022, and the pavilion was handed over at the end of 2021.
