The main entrance at Gutenbergstraße 4 leads to the representative entrance foyer of the office building THE BOX. Due to its attractive orientation with a view of the Spree River and the existing flexible building structure, the industrial building was converted into a loft office building. Additionally, a fully glazed staggered floor was newly constructed on the former flat roof of the four-story existing building. In the center of the building, there is a spacious glazed atrium. The basement is at ground level and opens towards the Spree to create space for additional offices with a view of the water. The Berlin-based architectural firm AHM Architekten BDA, acting as the general planner, was commissioned to design and realize the property.
