THE BRICK

The 6-story office building on the Spree consists of a compact structure with a facade of clinker brick fields alternating with glazed surfaces featuring cantilevered steel balconies. The building is positioned at a distance from the fire wall of the adjacent structure. The resulting gap houses the access core and ancillary rooms. Towards the Spree, this gap features a generous glazed facade. On the south side, an external staircase, consisting of a steel structure, is integrated. The entrance to THE BRICK is located on the east side of the building, beneath the overhang of the upper floors and accessible via the public green space. The building comprises four rental units ranging in size from 100 sqm to 200 sqm. Two of these units are designed as maisonettes with internal staircases. All units are equipped with balconies or terraces.
